1. Institutional Access
By accessing the MawPulse Foundry, you agree to utilize our autonomous agentic frameworks for professional and institutional purposes. All analytical outputs are deterministic and based on localized datasets.
2. Agency Infrastructure
MawPulse provides the orchestration layer for enterprise-grade autonomous agents. We are not responsible for generative drift or external API failures outside of our deterministic stacks.
3. Intellectual Property
The MawPulse brand, the "Autonomous Agentic Systems" identity, and all custom mathematical architectures remain the exclusive property of the agency.
4. Governing Law
These protocols are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the agency is registered, specifically tailored for the deployment of Autonomous Agentic Systems.
5. Modification of Protocols
The Agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect the evolving nature of deterministic intelligence and agent-orchestrated architectures.
